Gorgeous ethnic printed button-down dress. Beautiful oversized collar and bright colors. You can wear this dress as a duster if you unbutton it! Very lightweight but not sheer. A great dress-up or down piece! There are shoulder pads in the dress that can be permanently removed if you choose to. This dress does have a bet attached that can be tied to the front or back.
