Boutique Items (including handmade pieces) Return/Exchange Policy:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will issue you a refund once the requested information is provided. You will have 3 business days after your item(s) have been delivered to initiate the request. Any request made after 3 business days and up to 5 business days after delivery will only be eligible for a store credit.

Postage will be provided by us to the customer to have items shipped back. Items returned to us without communication will not be accepted. 

If you receive an item and choose to return it due to sizing, we will happy to offer you an exchange for the correct size if available. If the product is not available in a different size, you will receive store credit. Our sizing chart is posted on our website and in the description of products to assist you with choosing your size. All requests must be initiated within 3 business days. Items returned to us without communication will not be accepted. 


Sermone's Emporium Products (Vintage/Thrifted items) Return/Exchange Policy:

We strive to provide products in the best condition possible that have been sourced. If there are any disclosures with the products, we will list them in the description of the product. 

Vintage pieces whether previously worn or deadstock (brand new) can still have signs of age. If you are purchasing vintage products, please read the measurements before ordering. Similar to modern sizing, vintage products may say one size; however, vintage clothing sometimes measures at least 1 to 2 sizes smaller. 

All sales are final on Sermone's Emporium pieces; however, if you receive any Sermone's Emporium products that are not in the condition we have placed in the description, please contact us within 3 business days and we will issue you a refund and a return label. Items returned to us without communication will not be accepted. 

Custom/Revamped Products Return/Exchange Policy

Custom orders require prior authorization before being created.

Revamped items are custom pieces made with vintage/thrift items. 

If these items arrive damaged, we will provide a  refund and return postage. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
